Hubert is a nurse, and Bodil is a socialworker. Our daughter (19) and son (18) have just moved away form home. We live on the beautiful Island Bornholm, south of Sweden in the Baltic Sea.
”When God created the world, he saved the best for last—according to Scandinavian myth. And the last to appear was Bornholm.” Bornholm is perfect for bicycle or trekking vacation, the bicycle road passes our house and the distance to the beach is 1½ km.
We live in a farmhouse in the country, the size of our farm is 4 ha. – fields, meadow and woods. We have goats and chickens on our meadow, and 3 cats and a sweet dog keep us company in the house.
We have a big garden, where we grow our own vegetables, and in our wood we collect firewood for our ovens. We like cooking and live a healthy life. We don´t allow smoking indoor.
Work: Chopping wood, tending the garden, repairing stables and fences and renovating the house.
Guests are welcome all year – call us before arrival!
Accomodation: We have 2 small guests houses for wwoofers, and in the Winter it is possible for wwoofers to use a room in the house.
