We own 35 ha, which has been grown biodynamically since 1986. We have 4 glasshouses – a total of 3000 m2. Here we cultivate herbs, plants for transplanting and potted plants. The herbs are grown in compost made from the dung of the cattle. On the fields we grow a number of vegetables. We have been part of research projects related to biodynamic and organic farming.
Our crops are sold through two large companies COOP and Irma, speciality stores in Copenhagen, and directly to private families.
The holding comprises a number of thickets and hedgerows.
Guests are especially welcome during Summer and stays of a week or more are prefer.
