The property is constituted of 32 ha arable land and 23 ha forest. We live in the beautiful nature of West Himmerland and we appreciate this much when we go riding or canoeing.
Work: very varied - e.g. fieldwork, forest work, attending to the animals, modifying house and garden, cleaning, cooking, help adjoined to riding camps and shop.
Accommodation: dormitory, a room, workman’s hut or a tent - depending on the number of wwoofer and the time of the year.
Long-term stays are possible.
We are non-smokers – smoking is only allowed one place in the court yard and please be aware not to disturb other guests.
We expect wwoofers to respect that we have got paying guests at the farm. E.g. leave room for the paying guests to have their meal first etc.
Our place is very dependent on a good atmosphere amongst the people working here. We therefore may have to ask wwoofers to leave even before 3 days if we do not fit together.
The horses are only for use after agreement. But if you have experience with horses and are a good rider you may have the possibility to spend much time riding.
Wwoofers are welcome all year round – most appreciated in summer.
